If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at the earliest opportunity. However, if you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
Bookings made during the Endrick Escape launch deal (£100 off) come with a no refunds policy. We are happy to change the date to another suitable date of your choosing, subject to availability.
If cancelling more than 5 days outside of your arrival date, your payment of the letting fee will be refunded.
If cancelling within 5 days of your arrival date, your letting fee will not be refunded.
